2. Services and Bookings (Photography/Videography)

All photography and videography bookings require confirmation from Seals.lk. A deposit may be required to secure your date and time. Details regarding deposits, payment schedules, and cancellation policies will be provided upon inquiry and confirmed in your booking agreement.
2.2. Scope of Work
The specific deliverables (e.g., number of photos, video length, editing style) will be outlined in your booking agreement. Any requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
2.3. Client Cooperation
Clients agree to cooperate and communicate with the photographer/videographer as needed to achieve the best possible results. This includes providing necessary information about the event/session, adhering to agreed schedules, and ensuring a safe working environment.
2.4. Image/Video Usage
Seals.lk retains the copyright to all images and videos created. Clients are granted a license for personal use (e.g., sharing on social media, printing for personal display). Commercial use requires express written permission and may involve additional fees. Seals.lk reserves the right to use images/videos for promotional purposes (e.g., website portfolio, social media) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.5. Rescheduling and Cancellation
